you can own the whole world, aa just a little effort. .

Everything we achieve in life takes several ups and downs. To accomplish anything in life first we have to dream, and then day by day we focus on making this dream real. Sometimes it takes, months and several years.
This is what happens. Suppose you want a perfect shape.
You set a goal to gain 5 Kg in two months time. But when you start gaining weight you feel like all you eat goes to your tummy. similarly when you want to lose weight you feel like all your calories burn from all other parts of the body except tummy. You get fed up soon.
See you have worked so hard to that day without worrying about your genetics or earlier shape. Why give up? Or get fed up? The whole universe helps you, when you have passion, love and will to achieve it. All you need is a little effort. All you need is concentrate on what you want t. Important thing is” love”. It reminds me of this song..

ah here "tum" refers to the goal you want to achieve, once you start achieving a goal you have set, you feels like singing with love in it. Don’t you? hah there goes.. and hah don’t be too dreamy..

the best way to gain or lose weight is concentrate on how much weight you want to lose. It is possible to gain or lose 10 kg in two months but it is not healthy. So it’s important you keep a time line and then start to get fed up with your results.
its been a long time since I have been trying to gain weight, I have failed several attempts. I learned that the mistake I do is focusing on too many goals at the same time. Once I gain little weight I will lose it during exam time. When i realize all I eat goes to tummy I figured I have to do some exercises. But that was never given priority above the other goals I want to accomplish. If I have Jim in the evening, I may reschedule some other work for the same time. So most of the time the goal I set is never given much importance. Soon i gave up saying “never am i gonna do it ever”.

with thorough thinking one day i sat in front of a table and thought of the only one goal i want to achieve. i took a pencil and wrote how important it is to me. Then i read it thrice daily,it gave me an unshakable confidence to draw a mind map of things i have to do, set a time line. i learned to say "no" and managed my time well keeping a particular time for sports. i figured what sports are best for different parts of the body. And in three weeks time i can see the results which i can never imagine before.



All I am saying if you have love to achieve anything in life the whole world will assist you do it provided that you give a little effort. This is just the beginning.. once you try other goals one after other you will see there is nothing impossible on earth. just try achieving goals like learning a challenging language in a year, buying a beautiful house, working as a assistant chef in a restaurant, crazy they are, i know but it is challenging. aren't they?
